We are firm believers in there's no such thing as a silly question, if you don't know the answer. Here are some of the questions we're asked on a daily basis-

  • Can I send my CV to Thrive Talent, even if there are no relevant vacancies on the site?

    As we are always growing our database of both candidates and clients, we’d love you to send us your CV. To make a general application, please click here. We will then compare your skills and experience with future vacancy requirements and will contact you when a suitable opportunity arises. 
  • Do I need a valid work permit?

    All Thrive Talent jobs require you to prove your right to live and work in the UK. You can find more information about this from the UK Borders Agency: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/working/

  • Will I be informed if my application is unsuccessful?

    Yes. We will endeavor to contact you at each stage of the recruitment process to advise you of the outcome of your application. You can also keep up to date with the status of your application by logging onto your profile and viewing your ‘application history’.


  • After I have made an application, what is the next stage of the process?

    You’ll receive an email to confirm that we’ve received your application. We will then do shortlisting and if your application meets our criteria, we will arrange a call to go through your application in more detail. It is our mission to not waste our client’s time with irrelevant CV’s therefore it is important that our consultants ask all the relevant questions. We can then forward your details on to the client in order to get to the next stage.

    In some cases, our clients will ask us carry out either of the following:

    • a competency-based interview
    • psychometric testing

  • Who do I talk to if I’m a temporary worker and I have an enquiry regarding my pay?

    Usually we would ask you to contact the consultant that you have been dealing with. If however he or she is not available, you will need to contact the payroll department on 03333444228. The payroll department is open Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.
